The job posting for eXRt piqued my interest as I have always believed games can be used for more than entertainment, and the idea of aiding stroke patients in their rehab resonated with me. The job was a very unique experience, helping to grow my skills in VR development and giving a unique look at a different workflow for game development with respect to the requirements of healthcare device development, QA, and the safety checks required.

The team was quite small, so I had to take a large part of responsibility of the project as one of only two programmers. I worked remotely, utilising my communication skills and time management to ensure things stayed smooth and on-track.
